When will my order ship?

We pack and ship within 2 business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Most orders arrive in 3 to 6 business days.

What will the charge say on my statement?

Your card statement will show Emmakendrick.com.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email us within a few hours of ordering and we will do our best. Once a parcel ships we cannot pull it back, but you can always return it.

Do you take returns?

Yes. Unused items in their packaging can come back within 30 days for a refund. See the Refund Policy for the steps.

What is the VIP option?

Ticking VIP applies a 30% discount to eligible merchandise in that order. The intended terms are a 20 day free trial, then $39.99 a month, but enrollment, trial tracking and recurring billing are not active on this store yet, so no subscription is created and the membership fee is not charged. Leave the box unticked to pay the normal price.
