Refund Policy

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. To qualify, the item should be unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email support@emmakendrick.com with your order number. We will send a return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.

Once we receive and check the item, we refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.

Some items cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons. These are marked on the product page.
