By using this site and placing an order you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language on purpose.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email when we accept it. If an item is out of stock or priced wrong, we may cancel and refund you in full before shipping.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include any applicable sales tax shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order. Your statement will show Emmakendrick.com.

Returns and refunds

Returns are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law.

VIP and the Loyalty Program

Choosing VIP applies a 30% discount to eligible merchandise in that order. The program's intended terms are a 20 day free trial, then $39.99 USD a month plus any applicable taxes, until cancelled. Automatic enrollment, trial tracking and recurring billing are not active on this store yet, so choosing VIP does not create a subscription, does not start a tracked trial, and the membership fee is not charged today or scheduled for later. You pay only the order total shown at checkout. VIP is optional and is never required to buy.
